  3. Back pain in night. More than a week.

Back pain in night
Every night near 4 to 5 am my middle right back starts to ache and doesn't let me sleep afterwords, no problem in the day  , is it may   be because of sitting or sleeping posture or could be other problems , please reply whom should I consult, its been more than a week.

All these problems are because of weak back muscles  . U go to uer orthopaedic doc and get uer self check.  U will require some physiotherapy
