  4. Back pain in lumber region. To my legs.

Back pain in lumber region
My x-ray report says that lumbar spinal straightening due to muscular spasm . I fell down once is it because of disc buldge or herniation which has led to spasm . Pls help What should I do .I have stiff back also but as for now pain doesn't radiate to my legs .

If u had leg with back pain , it would favour disc injury.
