Back pain if seat straight
I am working as computer engg. Job need eight hour seating daily. I have noticed recently I can not  seat straight for more than five minutes. I feel pain in my back  and feel discomfort if I tried to seat with back straight without any support , always need to  lean back to pillow or some support. Even on chair or sofa I lean back on upper body and neck. I tried to correct posture few days but pain in back makes it impossible for me. Should I consultant doctor if yes which type of doctor I should consult.

Once undergo MRI... U should do some warm ups or go for few meters walk , u should not sit completely for long 8hrs constantly. Have a breaks meanwhile for every 1hr

Try to do excersize Surya namaskar very slowly for straight back some more excersize like stand straight and hands up and touch the feet slowly daily  ..it will work or if not so consult physio will guide perfect excersize

U might be having postural poroblem. Consult the Physiotherapist. U need articulation n muscle release of back according to ur problem. Improve posture while sitting.
