Back pain for more than 10 days
Disc desiccation with diffuse posterior annular bulge and left subartulicular disc protrusion L5-S1 level causes anterior thecal sac indentation and left recess left neural foraminal narrowing with abutment of left traversing exiting nerve root, this MRI report came , while facing severe back pain , is this related to nerve issue ??? If so please specific what it is mentioned and medication to improve the pain and get enough sleep . And need to confirm whom to vist ortho or neuro doctor for further evaluation

This is prolapse intervertebral disc problem compressing the s1 nerve root on left side Yes it’s the disc causing compression in the nerve root And causing your back pain

Take tablet prothiaden 50 mg once at bedtime for the pain for 3 weeks
