Back pain enlarged liver hepatomegaly

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Since last Friday I am suffering from acute pain in my right back. On Monday I had USG which diagnosed me with Enlarged liver having a size of 157.5 mm . The local doctor under whom I am currently in , has prescribed to have antibiotics injection for next 3 days . Please help Is my treatment in the right course. I am of 26 years non-achololic
