I've been suffering from severe back pain since last few days specially the lower side , waist, foot and hand. There is a complete tireness.

Hello... Please check the vehicle you are driving for the shock absorber/suspension... Also check VitD & Vit B12..... Consult some Good Homoeopath nearby who will take the details of your case/ symptoms & prescribe medicines accordingly....

Please do regular lower back muscle strengthening exercises..... Also avoid bending fwd/ lifting heavy....
