Hi .. I have a bad back pain neck pain and headache. And now I feel pain in my legs also .everyday when i wake I feel bad pain in my right shoulder near to neck .please help me

Hello, ADVISE ASSESSMENT OF VIT B12 and VItD3, HB. Consult an orthopedic surgeon as u had multiple pain.tab tramadol plus two times a day after food for seven to ten days or as required. Ok.
