Avoid looking down too much and reduce your angle of bending while doing daily activities and feeding the child if it's still going on. Mobile, gadgets, domestic work laptop use. Continued looking down and working can be creating stretching of the muscles of the neck and of the nerves of the back of head and pressure on front of throat.
