Back pain and frequent urination
I've been having discomfort and the need to utinate so frequently in the las 5 days. But in the last 2 days I've been having back pain and nausea in the last day.

You may have been suffering from urinary tract infection
Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for kidney,ureter, bladder and post void residual urine.
Clinical examination by a urologist is also advisable.
Meanwhile can start drug flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily and mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily for symptomatic relief in urinary discomfort.
