Hi I have a pain in my back and all down my left side it feels achy was just wondering wat could be causing it

Hello You are having back pain and continuing to your leg . It may be due to never compression .please visit a physiotherapist  who can assess you and then give you exercises .its important to strengthen your weak muscles.
