Back pain and dizziness
Hi I'm a dialysis patient past 7 years ,having dialysis 3 times a week .
Normally i only sit for about 2 or 3 hrs a day rest of the day I only sleep
Cannot walk properly.
Recently I have a very bad back pain
In my hip region
Started with right hip pain after 2 days it's even in left and the spinal also pains
More like muscle pain
But sometimes I get dizziness when I walk .
Is this. A major issue .
Should I meet a doctor , if so which doctor..

• Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level.
• Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital.
