Back from holiday and very sick

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Symptoms include nausea, dizziness, vomitting once every 24 hours, diarrhoea, not eating now, fainting on saturday morning and hasn't eaten since saturday night, being very hot in a freezing room but has no temperature or fever and has been sleeping all day for 3 days. 25 year old male back from holiday
