  4. Back Foot ache. Time i have foot ache!

Back Foot ache
I have back foot ache for both legs from last 6 months.regularly I go for 1 hour shuttle practise. While playing there vl b no pain, while other time I have foot ache

Consult to A Good Physiotherapist . There may be Some Muscle or Ligament Injury or Weakness. Need to be Examined First. An Exercise Programe Will be Recomanded For Ur Back Pain. And Some Stretching May be Required for Foot. Also Dont Forget To Do Warming up & Cooling Down Exercise Before and After Play  .
