Back discomfort
Hi, I have back discomfort from 2 years while lying down on back ,I have also gone thru Spine MRI but nothing detected. It's feel like aches on upper back , sometimes pinches in chest as well I have TB history , discomfort is on back lung portion

Check your vitamin D status..if low do a course..if everything is fine physiotherapy can help...do stretching exercises..

Your upper back pain may be due to muscular sprain. As your mri is normal so nothing to bother much. As you had TB in past, do you have any respiratory symptoms like Cough, Breathing problem?
