Back and chest pain
He is a diabetic patient. Recently he encountered a new problem of back pain, shoulder pain and chest pain. Its not because of cramps. Its something else. He has been working for 8 hours in his office. And he also sleeps a lot if gets time. What do you suggest

first reference should be given to cardio physician and rule out if pain is physiological origin. if clearance is given than physiotherapist consultation would help.

plz specify his age, it could be vitamin D3 deficiency and associated osteoporosis,  we should also rule out infection, does he has any recent history of weight loss,  loss of appetite or fever..?

back pain is not associated with diabetes, shoulder pain due to diabetes is associated with frozen shoulder.
