Back and shoulder Acne

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am consulting dermatologist for back and shoulder Acne. I continued the treatment for 1.5 yr. I got the relief too. Now again it came back. Do we have any permanent cure of that ? Also I would like to know any medicine or home remedy that will help me removing the dark spots that left behind due to this ?

As you age things will get better , till then repeat medications under doctor supervision. For the black marks undergo procedures like Chemical peels they will fade out.
