Hi,
I'm a software engineer and mother of 2.I keep carrying my kids often and I used carry both of them at a time and do jumps or swing them.my back is hurting like hell in the night from many days.Now it's hurting in the morning as well.I was told to take a pain killer and everything will be fine.I was not sure if that is the right approach.my neck also hurts in the night.I get a very less space to sleep as my kids occupy the bed.please suggest.
