  3. Back ache at lower back. To go to gym.

Back ache at lower back
I am facing back pain problem from last 4 months.It all started after a break a long break of chicken pox i started gym.After 3 days it started paining.And in that week i got severe pain.. Got treatment from an ayurvedic hospital. And got temporarily ok.Now i am not able to bend as earlier nor able to go to gym.

You have got back muscles strain due to post viral fever ,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated,they will suggest treatment
