HELLO, I DON'T KNOW ABOUT HEET SPRAY. BUT YOU CAN USE HOT WATER BAG OR GEL BAG FOMANTATION ALL 24 hrs FROM BACK SIDE NOT OVER ABDOMEN. PHYSIOTHERAPY CAN BE POSSIBLE.ASK TO PHYSIOTHERAPIST. O.K BYE.
