Back Ache and Joint Aches
I am suffering from back ache and joints pains for quite some time, I have taken medication for some time. X Rays do not indicate any issues, however was found to be low on vitamin D last time when I did the test. The pain and stiffness is very severe when I get up in morning!

I agree with Dr. Vinod Kumar.
You have pain in multiple joints. This can be due to calcium/ vitamin D3/ iron deficiency. It can also occur due to inflammatory arthritis.
You need to consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon, who will prescribe blood tests and maybe Xrays.

you need to be evaluated for chronic joint disease like polyarthralgia, it requires clinical examination and investigations, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated for rheumatoid arthritis and gout
