Back ache after c section
After d birth of my second child... Back ache arises due to which I started taking so many pills, therapy n many more... As a result of that I stared gaining weight specially to the lower part... My diet is normal eventhough m unable to back in shape

Hello,, it is pretty common to see backache in women after abdominal surgery or c-section, or any abdominal surgery,, due to adhesions after recovery from procedure. Taking tablets will not help you over longer duration, which only give you side effects, what you have to do to get long term benefit is,, visit a physiotherapist learn some lower back strengthening exercise which can be done at home,, which gives you best benefit over longer duration if you practice then at home daily.
