Bach ache during pregnant

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi my wife is having back ache from the neck till the lower back.she is now 27 weeks completed. The pain not so severe.We checked the local doctor and they said the uterus mouth is closed and no fluid discharge and prescribed dolo.The doctor didn't say any reason.Can you please tell me any major complication?im worrie

Thank you for your question. If your doctor has ruled out a pregnancy related cause for the pain you need not worry too much. It is most likely to be due to altered posture due to the pregnancy. You may wish to see a physiotherapist who can advise regarding exercise during pregnancy posture and methods to relieve the backache. Best wishes
