Jaundice in newborn is very common and generally harmless. It goes by itself. It is called physiological jaundice. It appears on 2nd or 3rd day and goes by 14 days in term babies. It is never severe. You can check jaundice on face or chest but not on palms or soles. Any deviation is pathological and treatment by pediatrician is required. By your description, I think it is physiological and no treatment is required. Your second problem. Breastfed babies pass stools many times normally. It is called physiological diarrhea and no treatment is required.
Next Steps
continue breastfeeding atleast 2 years or more vaccination burping after each feed vitamin D 400 units daily
Health Tips

Hi, Loose stools are normal in the newborns. Yellow coloured eyes are due to jaundice, meet your paediatrician to know if it is in normal range.
