Mothers milk is best for a child. Kindly follow certain steps to ensure proper milk production, including 1. Night feeds at least 2-3 times every night as this ensures enough milk production for the next day. 2. Timely feeding during the day. 3. Healthy diet with approx 500 kcal more than your prepregnant diet 4. High protein and carbs intake. For more guidance take a personal instant consultation.  Hope that helps.

You can try using galactogogues to increase your milk production. Exclusive breastfeeding is the best for baby for first 6 months.
