Heloo
Nothing to worry
Just continue giving her breast milk every 2 nd hrly
You take appropriate diet and rest so that your milk production is good
If still you are getting low milk production you can take promolact tablets
Continue breastfeeding
Baby would absolutely gain weight
Thanking you

Hello
Good evening
Normal newborn should gain 20 to 30 gms per day.
If she must have gained 20 gms then she must be around 3.2 kg.
Please try to increase your milk by natural galactogogues like garlic, methi, oats, fish.
Mother milk is always best to the baby.
Only if Mother milk is low then start using formula
