Hello Average birth weight of full-term baby is more than 2.4kg. Daily weight gain is approx 20-30 grams per day till 3-4 months of age. You have to consult your doctor for details check up and advise regarding the health supplements - if required for your baby. 🙏Tiwari Child Clinic Delhi🙏

The regular weight gain of the child should be more than 600 grams in one month and the weight gain per day should be more than around 20 gram per day. It is advisable that you should visit the doctor every month for proper growth assessment of the child and give only exclusive breastfeeding till completion of 6 months of age
