My cousins baby is 50 days old. She was born at 33weeks, Her weight in starting was 1.8kg still her weight is also 2kg. Please tell me what' to do to increase her weight?? Why the baby is not increasing weight despite breast

Greetings kindly feed the child every 2 hrly,if the breast milk is not adequate give extra feed as top feed.
