Baby weight
Hi all, My baby weight was 2.4 kg at the time of birth. Today she is 1month 10 days .. her Weight is 3.2 kg. Is it fine kindly suggest. What kind of food I should eat so that my feeding to baby will help in increasing my baby weight. Kindly suggest

Weight is good, no need to worry... You can eat whatever you like....take calorie dense food as you have to feed urself and ur baby...

take fruits, vegetables, milk etc... think positively so breast milk production will increase...

Weight gain is adequate. Daily increase in 20-30g in weight gain occurs for 1st 3 months so nothing has to be changed. Nice!!
Next Steps
if the baby is passing urine 6-8 times/day than baby is gaining weight adequately.

Her weight is slightly less . She should have gained 1-1.2 kgs by now

Feed the baby 2 hrly. Completely empty the breast means at least feed for 20-30 min on one side.
Health Tips
Eat more of green leafy vegetables and soup. Take a glass of milk or water or juice before you feed the baby. Take adequate rest and relax .
