Baby weight good or bad

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My baby is 4 months old today.. her birth weight was 2.19 kg and now she is 5.7 kg... is this good weight or bad?? Her length is 23 inches... she is also an iugr baby born at 37 weeks with 3 weeks lag...
