How much weight should a breastfed baby gain?. My baby is 6 weeks old and has gained 720 GMs over his birth weight .. his birth weight was 3.2 kgs and current weight is 3.92 kgs.

Its normal only No need to worry Baby will increase weight 200 gms per week for first 3months
