Baby warm body
My son 4 month 8 days old. He is been poop now 3 times a day yellowish green sticky. He also actions of vomit many times but vomit once a day. His body is warm like u can feel the warmness but tempreture in armpit is 97.1. He is exclusive breastfeed baby. His birthweight was 2935 and on 26th june he was 6080 gms. I feel he is bit tired last two days. As he sleeps a lot. Does he having any issue?

Child looks good for now.. But it can be a start of ACUTE GASTROENTERITIS... you have to monitor urine frequency.. Oral intake and frequency of loose stools... Keep child hydrated with ORS..
