That's curdled milk. Children do something called posseting, which is regurgitation of feeds as curdled milk. That is very normal and nothing to worry about. If the child keeps vomitting a lot, stops feeding, becomes lethargic, and there is a decrease in urine output, that is a cause for concern and would warrant a visit to a paediatrician.

Small amount of curd like posseting of milk is ok. If baby does it regularly then consult physically at hospital

No it is common. Due to reflux, may vomit the whole milk once a day or curd like milk after each feed.
