Baby stopped cooing
My baby girl is 2 mnths 16 days old.. Till last week she used to coo a lot but then she had oral thrush due to which she is not able to take feed properly and then she had vaccination too after which she had fever and also smiling but not cooing.. Can these be the reasons for her not cooing much.. Will she be able to make sounds again.. Iam missing her happy face and sounds she used to make.. Pls suggest how to get rid of this oral thrush.

If you are breastfeeding then don't need to worry about thrush And she will make sounds again it is just the post-vaccination phase
