Baby sleep problems
My 4 and half month old baby can't sleep properly. Can i give melatonin. Is it safe for her. Or any alternative medicine for sleeping

Please don't use Google and self medicate your babies. No medicines are needed for sleep. If you try to use medicine for sleep, not only does feeding reduce but also weight. This has more serious consequences. Not only that at this age, it is not possible to tell of baby is sleeping or drowsy due to the medication dose

Pls do not self medicate with fancy medicines. Only breast feeding is reqd
