Baby skin exfoliation
My baby has wheatish complexion and I am not desiring any skin brightening changes,but her arms even though are soft but I see they appear darker than her face ,with a bumpy dot dot appearance bt the skin is smooth on touch ,only looks dot dot ,also her legs are very darker than her face ,what shall I do ?? Baby is 9 months old ,no NICU history at birth
