Is your child well and not running a tempeature etc? Try various forms of semi solid foods ,like mashed banana in milk/ curd, pureed apples, mashed potatoes, moong dal khichdi ( gradually introducing one vegetable at a time like carrots, potatoes, bottle gourd, beans etc in it). All this will add roughage to the diet and help in his stools. You can give half a teaspoon of honey morning evening to soften the stools. Vitazyme can be given . Take care
