Asked for Female, 39 Years

Hello, My daughter is 10 weeks old but looks really small for her age. All her developmental milestones are being met and current weight is 5 kg. Birth weight was 2.75 kg and she was born via cesarean section at 37 weeks. Her paed is not concerned when we raise this query but almost everyone we meet always points out that the child still looks like a newborn. Is this a matter of concern? Please help. Thank you.

If weight is 5 kg at age of 10 wk then its appropriate for age, just measure length and head circumference by pediatrician, and do growth monitoring, and it will be charted on growth chart then can tell how baby is growing, no need to panic if baby well developmentally, active, achieving milestones as per age,
