10 month old baby
My 10 month old baby when she poos the poops goes in her vaginal area.. Once she has got urine infection...what should I do.. How time does it take to show urine infection is there.. I m worried

Best is to avoid using diapers for some time. Clean immediately when she poops. It's better to wash than to wipe. Bathe her daily. There is a very bleak chance that she got urine infection due to poop going to vaginal area. UTI could have been due to different causes which needs to be evaluated.

Wipe from front to back while cleaning her.clean her immediately.keep checking her diapers at frequent intervals. Signs of urine infection can be high fever, vomiting, crying during urination

Avoid diapers clean from front to back...Maintain personal hygiene...Review with urine routine microscopy reports
