Baby passed pale and green poop
Hello..my baby is 8 months old, formula and solids fed and is teething..he had stomach infection a week ago, so his doctor prescribed metrogyl, vizylac and Z&D for 5 days and isomil formula..he got well after taking the medicines for 5 days and his poop also got hard..but 2 days afterwards, he passed a bit loose and solid textured poop( attaching the pics).. the poop looked of 3 different colors i.e, pale white, yellow and green..what could be the reason??..
however today morning his poop was of green and brown color..i feed him khichdi, banana, curd, sooji, sabudana, apple and mango
