Babies don't sleep through the night until they're 3 to 6 months old
Next Steps
You can try using pacifier (making sure it's always clean) only for sleep time and wean her off it by 1yr

As per your history, this is normal in newborns. Sleep cycle will be better by 2-3 months of age. Every 3-4 hrs you should feed your baby. If she is asleep for more than 4 hrs, you can wake her up by rubbing soles. How many times is she passing urine per day? Remember to always breastfeed in night for better milk production.
