Baby not pooping
Hi,
My daughter , 1 month old is not pooping since 4 days. Her urine output is about 10-12 times a day. I'm breastfeeding her. No top up (formula) is given .
Before that she will poop in watery consistency ofter ( say 5 to 7 times a day).
What is the solution? Please help me.. I'm really worried.

It is normal. Congratulations on exclusively Breastfeeding. Baby is absorbing all of your breast milk and so is not passing motions. It is normal for a 1 month old kid.
