Baby not pooped for 36 hours. Regularly?

My baby is 28 days old...she is in combination feed as after taking breastfeeding she was crying within half an hour for hunger...now after giving formula in afternoon and night she sleeps well...she is taking nan excella pro...her pediatrician also recommended protectics drops 5 drops once a day...but since 36 hours she has not passed stool and passing lots of gas...sometimes while burping she is passing gas with noise...i am giving her tummy time daily,belly message, cycling... nothing helping...but urination is 10-12 times...baby taking food properly...pls help me how to bring stool for my baby...what to do if she not even pooped for 7 days?which formula is milder than nan excella pro which will bring poop regularly?
