My baby is 8.5 months and has still not started mouthing objects. He is sitting, crawling, cursing, plays with toys. Laughs, blabbers. Should I be worried. To add he is a difficult eater. But when I try to put different texture things in his mouth he take it but I have to hold it. Even if he holds he starts playing with it or starts shaking

Hi.. Except for mouthing rest of milestones seems to be normal. Most of the babies tend learn to eat gradually and are generally fussy eaters. So please be patient. Generally babies start mouthing at 6 months. Wait for a month and see a nearby Pediatrician if your baby does not mouth by then.
