Baby not doing poop
Dear doctor,
My baby is 2.5 month old..
He is not doing poop since 2 days..also now he is taking very less milk
..baby is on Breastfeeding + formula feeding..
Also he is making ghar ghar sound alot
.
What would be the reason?

Only constipation in an exclusively breast fed baby should not worry. Babies can pass stools infrequently. But top fed babies are more to other problems. And more feeding is something to worry about.
You should have a direct consultation / video or in an OPD with a Pediatrician to allow for baby examination.
