Baby not able to pass stool

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My baby of 2 and half months old not able to pass stool. He is feeling very uneasy and crying. He is passing gas and urinating regularly. But passing stool is the problem. He is totally breastfeeded now. Earlier he was on supplement due to some problem.
