Hello doctor Can we give lemon juice on breast milk for 5 months 14 days old baby because he is suffering from loose stools

Only breastmilk and ORS to be given. No other substitute to be given.
Next Steps
If loose stools are present for more than 2-3 days, also give zinc syrup for 14 days
