If motion contain blood then it is problem
Watch for urine output
Baby should pass urine 6-8 time per day
Don't give more importance to motion
If urine output is good
If loose motion is persistant more than 15 per day
Or signs of dehydration
Then
Give liq. Enterogermina 5ml once a day for 3 days
