Baby is having body temperature is 102f
My son's body temperature is 102f and I gave paracetamol drops after 1hr the temperature is reduced to 100.5f ,please tell me how to reduce the temperature and he his crying more.

If baby warm --- check temperature--- if more than 100 --- give paracetamol--- start sponging head and body--- if not responding to paracetamol and sponging--- give meftal P
