The spleen is enlarged. You must consult Near by a Pediatric Gastroenterologist or Pediatrician as soon as possible.

The child weight for age seems very low.it means failure to thrive.
Isolated splenomegaly is there.so needs detailed further history, physical examination as well as lab investigation to reach the diagnosis.
