Helo doc my baby is 8 months old.. hez diagnosed with atopic dermatitis.. medicine has started.. my question is can I give him appple and banana as I have started giving him solids also... Or any specific food to give or avoid

Hi..you can give light food to the baby ..
Avoid egg in baby's diet ,give mashed fruits .
Use gentle cleanser for baby's bath .
Avoid hot atmosphere. Take care.
